An assessment of your movement patterns to maximise efficiency and minimise injuries aimed at helping you run longer and faster


Running Assessment

You will be videoed whilst you run from the front, back and side.  If needed different shoes can be compared to see if that changes your style or technique.  Any tightnesses or weaknesses that are apparent from the run assessment will be tested.

Then we will make suggestions to improve your efficiency of your technique to help you run faster or with less pain.

Drills or exercises will be prescribed as needed to help you further improve towards a faster  you.
