Swiss Ball and Core Classes cost $10 or a 10 visit concession for $90.
Run group classes are $5 each
Spin sessions/Revbox Erg Classes cost $15 or a 10 visit concession for $135
All our indoor training sessions are led by active cyclists with an extensive coaching, training and competition background. We use Revbox cycle ergs which are incomparable to a roller based trainer. Once you have trained on a Revbox you will never want to use a roller based wind trainer again and the inertia of the fan really helps to maximise your pedaling efficiency. There is also the added benefit that every Revbox is calibrated to power and you can train to your own individual power settings using the Revbox app on your phone or tablet. Testing will be done through the year to set your zones and to show improvement. (If you are new to the classes Anthony will be able to give you a starting power target based on your experience and style of riding).
Casual Hire: The Revbox ergs can also be hired on a casual basis so that you can still get a cycling specific workout done if the weather conditions outside are not favourable. $10 per hire.
