Indoor LeMond Spin Classes
All our indoor training sessions are lead by active cyclists with an extensive coaching, training, and competition background.
We use LeMond Revolution cycle ergs which are used by riders on the Pro Tour. Once you have trained on a LeMond you will never use a wind trainer again.
Classes cost only $10 or get a 10 visit concession for $90.
Training sessions are currently held on:
* Tuesday - 12:10pm to 12:50pm
* Thursday - 6:00pm to 7:00pm

The LeMond ergs can also be hired on a casual basis so that you can still get a cycling specific workout done if the weather conditions outside are not favourable. Contact us to arrange this.
